Problems adding new record

Hi,
first of all: cool program! I don't know anything about coding but it works somehow with codestylist :)
Anyway, got following error when trying to add a new record in the database:
error in last_insert_id in mysql-poopf.php
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/neckatta/public_html/preview/poopf.php:83) in /home/neckatta/public_html/preview/mysql-poopf.php on line 94
maybe somebody cam help??
